Welcome to Sappy’s Shipping Policy! We’re a small but mighty team and do our very best to make sure your jewels reach you safely and on time. Each order is packed with care (and a little sparkle ), because we know how special these pieces are.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout so everything stays transparent and fair. Since we don’t have a storefront, all orders ship directly from us with love. Please keep in mind that occasional delays can happen, but we promise to keep you updated every step of the way.

At Sappy, every piece is made and curated with so much love, and we truly hope you adore your jewelry as much as we adore creating it for you! Because we’re a small business (and currently only sell at pop-ups and online), all sales are final at this time.
We know that’s not the norm, but it helps us keep things sustainable and fair as we grow. That being said, we always want you to feel good in your Sappy piece. If you have any questions before purchasing, or need a little extra guidance, our team is just an email away and happy to help.
